摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide administration of insulin in a precise dosage aiming at an improvement over a conventional dial-type insulin injector in which a sight- failing person and a diabetic with trembling hands have experienced difficulties to set the dial accurately at the scale division resulting in difficulties in an administration of insulin in a proper dose. SOLUTION: In the upper and lower parts of the rear surface of an insulin injector the instrument comprises a fastener main body 1 having an upper and lower interposing parts to hold the insulin injector in between from both sides and an upper limit-position setting piece 6 for an injection bottom such that the one side of the upper interposing part 2 of the fastener main body 1 is bent with the upper part toward the inside on the outside of a fastening piece 4 with the required number of screws and with a slit to be opened downward. The upper limit-position setting piece 6 for the injection bottom is made movable up and down by screwing with a screw 8 in the slit 7 tightly on to the screw fastening piece 4.
