PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the high quality image of a diseased part without causing noises in an image signal even when using a high-frequency current. SOLUTION: A snare clamp 154 is inserted into a clamp channel PT formed within a video scope 10 having a narrow-diameter inserting part 16, and a high-frequency current is applied from a device 150 for generating the high frequency current to the tip of the snare clamp 154. A part of the high-frequency current, which doesn't flow in the direction of the tip 12, is passed to a feed back terminal 50 through a lead line and a metal frame and is made to return to the device 150 for generating the high frequency current through a cable 60. |
