PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-mixing method for liquid matter containing a plurality of substances capable of performing the super-mixing of the liquid matter containing a plurality of the substances and capable of also generating chemical reaction between the plurality of the substances. SOLUTION: A phase-splitting porous body having a large number of cylindrical fine through-holes with a pore size of 0.1-100μm is used to transmit the liquid matter containing a plurality of the substances through the fine through- holes of the phase-splitting porous body to accelerate the mixing of a plurality of the substances contained in the liquid matter in a molecular level.
