PURPOSE: Provided is a method for fabricating porous palladium ternary catalyst with high hydrocarbon removal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of impregnating palladium solution into alumina to reduce the palladium; making the palladium react with cerium oxide, thereby obtaining catalyst slurry; and coating the catalyst slurry on the surface of a ceramic monolith substrate, wherein an oxide complex of cerium oxide and cerium-zirconium oxide of which mixing ratio is 15:80-30:70 is coated on the ceramic monolith substrate in an amount of 30-40g per bulk volume thereof; praseodymium oxide (PrO2) is coated on the ceramic monolith substrate in an amount of 5-7g per bulk volume thereof; cerium carbonate is coated on the ceramic monolith substrate in an amount of 5 to 15g per bulk volume thereof; and zeolite is coated on the ceramic monolith substrate in an amount of 15-30g per bulk volume thereof.
