PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Futon (Japanese quilt and mattress) drier which is formed of a drier body including a housing portion arranged at an upper portion thereof, for housing a drying mat and a hose therein, and a cover covering the housing portion, wherein the Futon drier is improved so as to smooth drawing/housing operation of the hose from/into the housing portion. SOLUTION: This Futon drier is formed of the drier body 1 including the housing portion 4 arranged at the upper portion of the drier body 1, for housing the drying mat 3 and the hose 2 therein, and the cover 6 covering the housing portion 4. The cover 6 and the housing portion 4 have recessed notches 8, 7 formed therein, on one side of the Futon drier, such that each notch is cut away from an edge to an inner surface of each of the cover and the housing portion. Then, the housing portion 4 has grooves 9 which are formed in a side surface thereof on both sides of the notch 8, and a hole 11 which communicates with the interior of the drier body 1 at a lower portion thereof. Further, a partition plate 10 which can open/close the notch 8 is inserted into the grooves 9 from the interior of the drier body 1 via the hole 11, and the partition plate 10 is energized in a direction that blocks the notch 8 with a spring 12 arranged in the drier body 1.
