PURPOSE: A method for coating chlorella on cereals to cause excellent components contained the chlorella to be effectively taken without using chemical methods is provided. Whereby, the cereal coated with chlorella does not discolor during long-term storage and washing. CONSTITUTION: Cereals whose foreign material are removed are mixed with bamboo leaves concentrate or paste chlorella with an agitator for a specified time and then the temperature of the agitator is maintained at 40 to 60deg.C to coat the leaves concentrate or paste chlorella to the cereals while discharging generated water to the outside. Thereafter hot air is supplied to the cereals to dry after the completion of the cereal coating process. |
