PURPOSE: A slide track for a vehicle seat is provided to simplify the structure by attaching a locker guide to an upper rail and engaging an end of a J-hook with a seat mounting bracket, and improving the coupling force by coupling the J-hook and the locker guide together with a lower rail, thereby forming the seat slide thin with a low strength steel. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat slide track includes an upper rail(10) formed in the shape of inverse U having end parts bent inwardly and a width larger than a lower rail(11) for covering the lower rail almost, the lower rail formed in the shape of U having end parts bent outwardly, a locker guide(14) attached in the upper rail(10), a J-hook(12) of an asymmetric structure having an end engaged with a seat mounting bracket(20) and the other end minimized to be coupled with a locker(13) connected to a rod of a lever to rotate with respect to the rod by the operation of the lever, wherein the upper and lower rails are fixed to the seat mounting bracket and move with respect to each other freely.
