PURPOSE: A drying/manufacturing method of an insulating panel is provided to harden and to dry a binder impregnated to a panel rapidly and evenly with low electricity consumption. CONSTITUTION: The drying/manufacturing method of an insulating panel(P) comprises the steps of: mixing materials by impregnating powered thermosetting binder such as phenolic resins or epoxy resins to inorganic fiber such as rock wool, glass wool, ceramic fiber, etc.; beating cotton out by processing the inorganic fiber impregnated with the binder in the form of cotton suitable for shaping; shaping a panel(P) by dispersing the cotton-beaten inorganic fiber in the form of a mat, interposing and compressing an electric conductor(M) to manufacture a panel(P) having the appropriate density and thickness; melting the binder impregnated in the inorganic fiber by jetting high-temperature and high-pressure steam to the shaped panel(P); hardening and drying the melted binder by induction-heating the steamed panel(P) to a high-frequency coil(RF) to induce magnetic heat generation of the electric conductor(M) and heating up with a far infrared heater(H); and cutting the hardened/dried panel(P) in appropriate size.
