PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet wheelchair that a caregiver can insert a suppository or an enema in a patient and deal with toilet easily. SOLUTION: A seat back rest 13, an assisted frame 15, a seat surface backside support frame 12, an iron plate 16, and a back and forth open seat surface 10 are set up on a seat surface back rest frame 14. The seat surface back rest frame 14 is set up on a moving cart 5. It is easily viewable from behind and easy to work. A hassock 7 is set up on a hassock opening and closing frame 4. A patient can go into a toilet 20 with his legs spread out. It facilitates washing his buttocks or a groin in the bathroom.
