PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device capable of thinly coating various coating material with excellent accuracy and high production efficiency. SOLUTION: In the coating device for coating the coating material 10 filled in a device body 1 by pressurizing inside of the device body to an object to be coated 11 through a discharge part 4, a cavity 6 connected with the discharge part 4, a nozzle 7 tapered in cross section rectangularly inclining from the lower edge of the cavity 6, and an attachment 5 provided with a liquid sump 8 arranged in a reverse direction to the coating direction from the edge of the nozzle 7 to the object to be coated 11, are constituted by installing at the edge of the discharge part 4. Thus, coating is able to be applied in the state that the edge of the nozzle 7 is in contact with the object to be coated 11 and a coated film with uniform thickness is able to be stably obtained as the coating material 10 is filled in the liquid sump 8.
