PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent game balls from being piled up high in a ball bin. SOLUTION: A player operates an opening control part 18 and either a horizontal movement control part 17 or a longitudinal movement control part 16, with a ball bin positioned below a lower tray device 1, thus moving a ball removal hole 4 horizontally relative to the bottom of a ball storage room 2 to discharge the balls from the ball storage room 2 so that the balls are not piled up high in the ball bin. The player can level the balls stored in the ball bin, by operating the horizontal movement control part 17 or the longitudinal movement control part 16 to move the ball removal hole 4.
