PURPOSE: A device for removing condensate of an exhaust system is provided to effectively discharge condensate not only at a fast driving but also at a slow driving by varying the size of an orifice corresponding to the flexible pressure of exhaust gas according to the RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An isolating plate(30) is formed in the middle of an orifice pipe(24). A perforation hole(32) is formed in the center of the isolating plate. One side of the isolating plate is elastically supported by a spring(28) by inserting inside a guide(26). The size of the perforation hole is varied according to the negative pressure to be passed perforation the orifice pipe. The lower part of the perforation hole is inclined to be operated actively. Thereby, the corrosion of a muffler or an exhaust pipe by condensate is prevented. |
