A flip-over cartoon box capable to hold a plurality of rectangular picture cards bound together comprises plate 1 made of flexible materials, plate 2 slightly rectangular and opposite to plate 1, plate 3 that is connected with plate 1 and plate 2 to get an overall box component ]-shaped, and a rubber ring functioning as a retaining component, wherein plate 1 is sized bigger than the rectangular picture cards and is covered over the rectangular picture cards bound together; the retaining component straps the plurality of rectangular picture cards and retain the picture cards inside the ]-shaped box component; a nick to expose part of the bound rectangular picture cards is made on plate 1, on one side opposite to the joint with plate 3; besides, the bigger size of plate 2 than the rectangular picture cards helps improve turning operability.
