METHOD FOR MANAGING ACCOMPLISHMENT INFORMATION OF INCORPORATED BUSINESS AGENT

PURPOSE: A method for managing the accomplishment information of an incorporated business agent is provided to classify the confirmed information into each accomplishment by comparing the accomplishment information with the original insurance receiving company information, and to calculate a commission automatically and correctly by collecting the accomplishment of an insurance collector. CONSTITUTION: An accomplishment processor decides the original insurance receiving company of transmitting side by detecting the accomplishment information of the incorporated business agent. A controller selects and extracts a document file corresponding to the original insurance receiving company and applies it to the accomplishment processor, and the accomplishment processor reconfigures the accomplishment information by combining the document file and the accomplishment information(S21). The controller extracts the contract information, the customer information and commission information(S22,S23). The controller compares the extracted information with the accomplishment information(S24). The accomplishment processor calculates the commission by collecting the accomplishment of each customer collector and stores the calculation result(S27,S28).
