PURPOSE: A shut-off valve is provided to dissolve abnormal positive and negative pressure in a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A guide shaft(8) is formed by connecting the upper part with the lower part. A ball valve chamber(10) is formed on the guide shaft by forming through a ball valve sheet(9). A ball valve(11) is accepted inside the ball valve chamber to open and close the ball valve sheet according the pressure of a fuel tank. In raising the positive pressure inside the fuel tank excessively, the ball valve opens the passage by lifting. Thereby, a fuel system is stabilized by maintaining the positive pressure uniformly.
