PURPOSE: A material supplying apparatus for form rolling machine is provided which not only improves rolling productivity of materials, but also prevents safety accidents of the form rolling machine. CONSTITUTION: In a form rolling machine comprising a main body(10), a form rolling fixing die(11) that is rotationally moved by a driving means, and a form rolling moving die(12), the material supplying apparatus for the form rolling machine comprises a material supply body(13) which is installed at the side part of the main body(10), and the outlet of a guide(14) of which is positioned in front of a rolling processing point; a supply actuator(17) which is installed in front of the main body(10) to move a material positioned at the outlet of the guide(14) of the material supply body(13) to the rolling processing point; and a control part(18) for selectively operating the material supply body(13) and supply actuator(17), wherein the material supplying apparatus further comprises a supply sensor(20) that is installed at the guide(14), and forward sensor and backward sensor that are installed at the supply actuator(17).
