DEFLECTION YOKE FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: A deflection yoke for a cathode ray tube is provided to prevent noises caused from the collision of the field safer against the holder due to the vertical deflection magnetic field generated when a current is applied the vertical deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: A cathode ray tube comprises an electron gun for emitting three electron beams of red, green and blue colors; a horizontal deflection coil and a vertical deflection coil; a holder serving as an insulator between the horizontal deflection coil and the vertical deflection coil; and a field safer interposed between the holder and the vertical deflection coil, and which vibrates in accordance with the frequency of the vertical deflection coil. The field safer has an embossing(60) formed at the surface directed toward the holder.
