PURPOSE: A plug of a pipe fitting is provided to simplify a structure of the plug by deleting easily an extended device after installing the plug inside the fitting. CONSTITUTION: A plug of a pipe fitting comprises a cylinder(11); an O-ring(12); an extended plate(13) and an extended device(14). The cylinder has an annular groove(2a) on one side. The O-ring is fixed around the annular groove. An edge of the extended plate is inserted to the annular groove inside the fitting. The extended device is connected to a plugging machine. The edge of the extended plate is inserted to the annular groove by the plugging machine. The extended plate is a separated circle. A long central hole is formed in the middle of the separated line of the circle. Elongated holes(13b) and pins(13c) are formed to the extended plate symmetrically. A spiral groove(11b) is formed to an upper surface of the cylinder corresponding to the elongated hole. Thereby, the extended plate and the cylinder are combined with a bolt. A lower annular portion(14a) of the extended device is inserted to an annular groove(11d) of the cylinder. A bent elongated hole is formed to an upper annular portion(14b) of the extended device to move the pin toward the extended plate. An annular groove(14c) and an extended portion(14d) are formed between lower and upper annular portions. The extended portion is connected to the plugging machine. Therefore, a structure of the plug is simplified by deleting the extended device after installing the plug inside the fitting.
