DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REINFORCING COMBUSTION CHAMBER AT CONNECTION PIPE OF HOT STOVE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for reinforcing combustion chamber at connection pipe of hot stove are provided to suggest a structurally sound hot stove by obtaining sensitivity the whole structure influencing on relative displacement at the connection pipe for connecting the combustion chamber to checker chamber of an external hot stove. CONSTITUTION: The method for reinforcing combustion chamber at connection pipe of hot stove comprises first step (ST11) of analyzing internal pressure behavior for combustion chamber and checker chamber to minimize relative displacement of the combustion chamber and checker chamber at the connection pipe part; second step (ST12) of closely examining behavior on thermal load during operation for the combustion chamber and checker chamber after the first step (ST11); third step (ST13) of obtaining sensitivity by obtaining displacement at the connection region as changing thickness for each parts where the hot stove has different thickness after the second step (ST12); and fourth step (ST14) of suggesting a reinforcement in which relative displacement is minimized using results obtained in the third step (ST13), wherein the displacement sensitivity is obtained by displacement variation according to thickness variation of the combustion chamber and checker chamber in the third step (ST13).
