PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition containing, as natural material, an extract of Trichosanthes kirilowii and Origanum majorana which are harmless to a human body such as toxicity, skin irritation, allergy, skin trouble or the like. The cosmetic composition enhances skin elasticity and skin moisturization. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition contains 0.1% by weight of a natural extract of Trichosanthes kirilowii and/or Origanum majorana, based on the total dried weight of the composition. Trichosanthes kirilowii and/or Origanum majorana are mixed with 5 to 15 times of a solvent, extracted at 50 to 95deg.C for 3 to 20hr. The extract is filtered, aged, then distilled. The solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of purified water, purified water of ultra pure water, hydrous butylene glycol, hydrous ethanol, hydrous propylene glycol and hydrous glycerine.
