CONSTRUCTION CEMENT BLOCK WITH RUBBER LAYER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cement block having a rubber layer for construction and a manufacturing method are provided to integrally form the cement block with the rubber layer by preheating the cement block, spreading a primer on the cement block and vulcanizing rubber on the surface of the cement block. CONSTITUTION: A cement block(1) is preheated, and a primer is spread on the surface of the preheated cement block for forming the rubber layer. Rubber is mixed and kneaded, and the kneaded rubber is injected to the forming mold. Uncured rubber is spread on the cement block by pressing in placing the cement block on the mold. A rubber layer(2) is formed on the surface of the cement block treated by the primer with cross-linking. The primer is composed of urethane or epoxy. The cement block is used variously by integrally forming the rubber layer in the cement block.
