PURPOSE: An organic electric light emitting device having a diamond like carbon(DLC) thin film is provided to activate an electron injection to an organic thin film light emitting layer in a metal anode by adding a reflecting prevention layer according to a carbon particle. CONSTITUTION: An emitted light passes through a glass substrate(301). An anode(302) is connected to an external positive electric potential and is deposited at an upper portion of the glass substrate(301). An emitting layer(EML)(303) is deposited as a thin film by an organic material. A hole and an electron from the anode(302) and a cathode(304) are injected into the emitting layer(EML)(303), respectively. A diamond like carbon(DLC) thin film(305) adjusts a deposit energy in an upper portion of the emitting layer(303) by a carbon ion. The cathode(304) is connected to an external negative electric potential and is deposited at an upper portion of the diamond like carbon thin film(305).
