PURPOSE: A hand standing exercise apparatus for a whole body is provided to be a great help to people in keeping health and preventing diseases. CONSTITUTION: The hand standing exercise apparatus has a frame(100) including a dorsal plate(200), a side supporting portion(120) to which the dorsal plate is fixed invertible and a bottom portion(110) to which the lower end of the side supporting portion is fixed. The bottom portion of the frame includes both side members(111) to which the lower end of the side supporting portion is fixed and a reinforcing member(112) connected between the both side members. The side members and the reinforcing member are formed in a trapezoid so that the front side is wider than the rear side.
