摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing reoxidation of molten steel is provided to prevent reoxidation of molten steel effectively by preventing an external air from being sucked into space between the cohesion surface of lower plate of cassette for controlling the amount of molten steel in mold and the upper surface of submerged nozzle. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for preventing reoxidation of molten steel injected into mold from tundish of a continuous casting facility, the apparatus having discharging type flow path in lower plate for preventing reoxidation of molten steel is characterized in that a sealed groove(10) encircling the circumference of a central hole(5) that is interacted with the upper surface(150b) of a submerged nozzle(150) so that molten steel is discharged through the central hole(5) is formed on the lower surface of the lower plate(148), and air distributed on the boundary surface of the lower plate(148) and submerged nozzle(150) is exhausted together with inert gas along the sealed groove(10) to prevent mixing of air with molten steel and reoxidation of molten steel by forming inert gas inlet(20) and inert gas outlet(30) at the sealed groove(10) so that inert gas flows along the sealed groove(10).
