WATER-DISPERSIVE POLYURETHANE EMULSION FOR COATING WITH UV BLOCKING AND INSECT REPELLING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A water-dispersive polyurethane emulsion for coating and a method for preparing an iron ion solution and a silver ion solution used to the emulsion are provided, which emulsion has the UV blocking and insect repelling function. CONSTITUTION: The water-dispersive polyurethane emulsion comprises 100 parts by weight of a pure polyurethane emulsion; and 10-80 parts by weight of an iron ion solution. Also the water-dispersive polyurethane emulsion comprises 100 parts by weight of a pure polyurethane emulsion; 4-20 parts by weight of an iron ion solution; and 10-40 parts by weight of a silver ion solution. Preferably the concentrations of an iron ion of the iron ion solution and a silver ion of the silver ion solution are 0.1-10 wt% and 0.05-10 wt%, respectively. The iron ion solution and the silver ion solution are prepared by electrolysis.
