PURPOSE: An operating device of a clutch for a manual change gear is provided to prevent the reduction of friction force in a clutch disk by flowing grease to a release bearing and flowing into the clutch disk. CONSTITUTION: A release fork(24) is installed in a clutch housing to be rotatable and seesawed according to the operation of a clutch pedal(20). A release bearing(12) controls a clutch by combining with the release fork and axially moving according to the seesaw of the release fork. A grease splash preventing device(30) prevents the splash of grease(G) to be spread in the release bearing. Thereby, the reduction of the durability of the clutch is prevented.
