摘要 PURPOSE: A sensor for measuring flow wall shear stress using a strain gauge having an insulation cavity is provided to simply and accurately measure cooling efficiency in cooling a flat plate by fluid jet. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(12) is constructed by attaching a strain gauge having a hot wire and terminals to a support on a film. The sensor is attached to a block having an insulation cavity(14). Heat transfer to a wall surface, on which the sensor is installed, is nearly removed, so that most heat capacity by input total electric energy goes out into fluid, and the electric energy actually measured only useful flow information.
