PURPOSE: A sub heating system of a vehicle using gas fuel is provided to heat a car room with heat generated by burning separate gas fuel. CONSTITUTION: A heating system comprises a heater core(20) and a blower(21) formed on one side of a chassis to supply warm air to a car room; a combustion chamber(30) having an air inlet(31) formed on one side thereof and a gas outlet(32) formed on the other end thereof to discharge combustion gas and receiving a gas burner(33) using butane gas as fuel; a water circulation line(40) formed in front of the gas burner zigzag to heat water flowing therein, guiding water heated by the gas burner to the heater core and water passing the heater core to a reservoir(45); and a water pump(46) formed on a middle of the water circulation line to forcibly supply the heater core with heated water.
