PURPOSE: A device and a method for zooming data of PDA are provided to zoom small sized data of the PDA by using an amplifier. CONSTITUTION: If a user clicks a zoom menu, the display mode is converted to a zoom mode(S1, S2). When the mode is changed, the mouse pointer is changed to the amplifier shape and the output data is zooming at desired ratio of the user(S3). Then the zoom menu is clicked again. The zoom mode is changed to the mouse mode(S4).
