PURPOSE: Structure for applying a crash box for a low-speed collision and pedestrian protection is provided to reduce the injury on a pedestrian and to prevent the deformation of a vehicle body by absorbing the collision energy. CONSTITUTION: A crash box(60) comprises a first pipe having a rectangular hole and combined with a bumper rail(30) via a bolt through a first connecting hole and a second pipe having many second connecting holes formed in a flange and attached to a vehicle body side member(50). The first pipe is connected with the second pipe. When a specific load is transmitted in a low-speed collision or a collision with a pedestrian, the deformation of the crash box is induced.
