PURPOSE: A fuel cell and its preparation method are provided, to simplify the structure of a fuel cell and the preparing process, to improve the production yield and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell comprises the composite layer(11) which comprises an inner electrode(12a) and an outer electrode(12b) having each certain length arranged with the same axis with an interval between the inner electrode and the outer electrode, an electrolyte layer(13), and inner and outer catalyst layers(14a, 14b) formed on both sides of the electrolyte layer, wherein the composite layer comprises the cells for a fuel cell which are arranged between the inner electrode and the outer electrode, and have a gas path(15a) between the composite layer and the inner electrode and a gas path(15b) between the composite layer and the outer electrode. Preferably the inner electrode is a hollow or solid inner continuous member having a plurality of grooves on the outer surface; the outer electrode is a hollow outer continuous member having a plurality of grooves on the inner surface; and the gas path comprises a plurality of grooves of inner continuous member and a plurality of grooves of outer continuous member. |
