PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a cylinder block for a vehicle is provided to produce cylinder liners with uniform quality, to improve quality of the cylinder block and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a cylinder block for a vehicle includes steps of manufacturing a preliminary mold for the manufacturing of a cylinder liner(S1); manufacturing a composite-cylinder liner by a molding method of squeeze casting(S2); installing the composite cylinder liner in a metal mold for the casting of a cylinder block(S3); and casting the cylinder block, using a high-speed and high-pressure die casting method(S4).
