PURPOSE: A livestock product intermediation method is provided to manage processes from a growth to a forwarding of the livestock in a farmstead, to enable a food processing company to process the supplied livestock, and to offer a consumer quality information including a livestock production and processing state. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of constructing a server system(S10), collecting livestock information(S20), bulletining the information on the livestock, the livestock product process, the quality of the livestock, and the transaction or finance of the livestock product on a web site(S30), authenticating a member(S40), and transacting the livestock or the livestock product(S60). In the transaction step(S60), the server authenticates an accessing member, enables the authenticated member to search for the quality information, and to select a product. The server notifies the member of the selected product information, receives payment data from the member, notifies the farmstead of forwarding the livestock, and orders a delivery company to deliver the livestock to a food processing company. Then the food processing company processes the livestock, indicates the quality information and the process information at the livestock, offers the quality information and the process information to the member. The member checks the delivered product and makes a payment for the product.
