PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of personal information in a device to secure security. CONSTITUTION: This device 10 has an input operation part 20 for executing prescribed input operation, and a control part 30 for executing prescribed control to the input operation part 20. The input operation part 20 transmits/receives data to/from an external device 50 provided outside the device 10. The input operation part 20 is provided with a cipher module 24 encrypting the prescribed data inputted from the input operation part 20, and a transmission/reception part 26 for transmitting the data encrypted by the cipher module 24 to the external device 50.
