PURPOSE: A drying treatment device for waste or the like is provided to prevent wastes from adhering to a wall surface and make the device compact. CONSTITUTION: A first chamber(1) is provided with a treatment tank and a waste input passage(2). A suction pipe(6) is attached to the upper side of the first chamber(1) and communicates with a vacuum pump. The treatment tank is provided with an oil heater and a stirring unit for stirring food sewage, which is a waste in the treatment tank. The treatment tank is divided into first to fifth tanks in a vertical direction by the oil heater. The stirring unit is an end mill of a self rotation type which is attached to a rotary shaft vertically rotating in the first and fifth tanks.
