PURPOSE: Provided is a charcoal having increased far-infrared emission efficiency due to low temperature flameless combustion, capable of no generating flame, odor, NOx and CO, and being semi-permanent. CONSTITUTION: The fabrication method of the charcoal comprises the steps of making general charcoal; washing and drying the general charcoal; dipping and drying the general charcoal into nickel aqueous solution several times; calcining the charcoal at a temperature of 100°C for three hours; sequentially calcining the charcoal in oxide ambient at 200°C for two hours, at 500°C for two hours and 600°C for four hours; and reducing the charcoal in hydrogen atmosphere at 500°C for four hours.
