PURPOSE: An arm exercising machine is provided to permit exercising of wrists, arms, shoulders, and the chest simultaneously. Furthermore, it is provided to offer compact portable arm exercising machine which may be disassembled so that it is easy to carry. CONSTITUTION: The arm exercising machine comprises a first fixing unit(11) formed on the center of the bar(10); a pair of rotational elements(20) having wrist resting portions(22) respectively and grip portions formed in the both ends of the bar, wherein the rotational element is rotatably mounted from the bar; a second fixing unit(23) formed in an end of the rotational element; and an elastic member(30) is connected between the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit.
