PRODUCING METHOD OF CAM HOLDER OF CYLINDER OF CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A producing method for a cam holder of a cylinder for a circular knitting machine is provided to miniaturize materials and equipment of the cam holder by cutting a shaft with cam holders after processing a square shaft. CONSTITUTION: A small square shaft material(10) is produced by casting. An outline of the cast square material is cut roughly by a milling machine. The cast square material is finished fine by a four-shaft controlling machining center(20). The fine finished material is cut to many cam holder individuals by a band sawing machine. Individual cam holders are inspected and washed. The outside of the cam holders are painted. Consequently, materials and equipment are miniaturized by the four-shaft controlling equipment.
