PURPOSE: A preventing device of a loosening in a deck fixing structure is provided to increase the durability and the stability by using a wing bolt, a spring washer, a nut and a mold cover. CONSTITUTION: A mold cover(40) has a penetrating hole(52) to be penetrated a wing bolt(80) and a fixing groove(54) to be inserted and fixed a first nut(30). The wing bolt combines the mold cover(52) with a second spring washer(60) by a second nut(70) again. Thereby, the loosening of the nuts is prevented by loading the mold cover and recombining the spring washer with the nut.
