PURPOSE: A heating or cooling device for upper plate of bed using thermo electric module is provided to remove dangerous elements such as electromagnetic wave, a fire and an electric shock by using a low-tension direct current. CONSTITUTION: The heating or cooling device for upper plate of bed using thermo electric module comprises an aluminium electric heat plate(10) mounted on a bottom of an upper plate, a thermoelectric semiconductor(20), a heatproof plate(30), an air-duct(33) and a cooling pan(34). A thermostat(13) maintains the temperature of the thermoelectric semiconductor not to exceed over a predetermined temperature. A heat insulation collar(12) blocks conduction heat when the electric heat plate(10) is tightly connected with the heatproof plate. A heat insulator is provided to insulate heat. A cooling fan(34) is provided in integral with the air-duct.
