PURPOSE: A throttle valve assembly is provided to reduce the resistance of a suction through a suction pipe and to eliminate the suction shock at the rapid return of an accelerating pedal by changing the composition of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION: A throttle valve assembly comprises a transferring device of operating force to be interlocked with an accelerating pedal and a controlling device of an opened amount to maintain the opened degree for reducing the suction resistance and for allowing the minimum inflow of external air for an idling control of an engine. The transferring device of operating force comprises a rotating ring(18), a bearing and a transferring unit of operating force(22). The rotating ring is installed outside a suction pipe(10) to be rotatable and connected with the accelerating pedal through an accelerating cable(24). The bearing supports the rotating ring outside the suction pipe. The transferring unit of operating force transfers the operating force from the accelerating pedal to the controlling device of the opened degree. The controlling device of the opened degree comprises a cylindrical rubber film(32), a pressing plate(34) and a guiding portion(36). The center of the rubber film is concave and the rubber film is transformed elastically. The pressing plate presses the center of the rubber film. The guiding portion guides the pressing plate from the suction pipe. Thereby, the suction resistance is minimized and the stop of an engine is prevented.
