PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hammer drill chisel which is used for crushing or drilling concrete floor and wall and the hammer drill chisel manufactured by the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a hammer drill chisel comprises heating process of heating a metal round bar(1); press process of pressing the heated round bar(4) by putting the heated round bar(4) into a space between upper and lower dies(2,3) on which die parts having a shape of the hammer drill chisel are formed, wherein projecting parts(5,6) corresponding to the groove(8) are formed on the upper and lower dies(2,3) respectively so that a desired groove(8) is formed on the heated round bar(4) along length direction of the round bar; half-processed chisel manufacturing process of manufacturing a half-processed chisel(7) in which the groove(8) and scrap(9) having the same shape as the projecting parts(5,6) formed on the upper and lower dies(2,3) by the press process are formed on the heated round bar(4); scrap removing process of removing the scrap(9) by injecting the scrap(9) formed on the circumference of the half-processed chisel(7) into a cutting press; and surface treating process of manufacturing the hammer drill chisel(10) by finishing the surface of the scrap removed chisel or heat treating the surface thereof as occasion demands.
