Device that can be coupled to a spectrometer for registering the spectra of absorbed species that includes a heat resistant glass receptacle comprised of an open-end horizontal cylinder with side covers made from material that is transparent to infrared radiation, intersected with another vertical cylinder comprised of two parts that can be firmly assembled together; the vertical cylinder contains an open side upper extension, with a clamp with non-greased joints for coupling to a highly vacuumed system, and another centred upper extension, with a closed end, in the shape of an inverted U, whose inside contains is a gold chain that, through the end that accesses the vertical cylinder, holds a magnet encapsulated in a glass bubble. Along the end part of the U extension, there is a magnet that adjusts the movement of the internal magnet. The sample holder is in the shape of a circular crown, and has fixing tabs of the sample, and a lower extension that fits into a fixing slot located at the bottom of the vertical cylinder. In the area of the vertical cylinder that does not match the intersection with the horizontal cylinder there is an external electric oven and a thermocouple.<IMAGE> |
