The invention refers to the plant physiology and may be used in agriculture in the capacity of test for detection of biologically active substances stimulating the rhizogenesis of plants. The method of detecting the auxinic activity of biologically active substances includes treatment of soya cuttings used in the capacity of test-objects, with aqueous solution of the biologically active substance in the concentration of 1...20 mg/L and subsequent detection of the rhizogenesis truthful stimulation in comparison with the control.The result of the invention consists in increasing the truthfulness and efficiency of the method by using a more sensitive test-object.Claims: 1
