The invention relates to the dairy industry, namely to the milk cooling installations. The installation contains an isolated body, a cooling jacket, a milk holding vat, a mixer with blades, a column with level gauges, a refrigerating plant and a system for the mixer and the refrigerating plant control. Onto the hollow shaft of the mixer it is placed a float-blade, which can freely move along the shaft, rotating together with it, the weight of which provides for the submersion thereof up to the upper level of the liquid in the vat. The column with level gauges, made in the form of a tubular sleeve, is installed inside the hollow shaft of the mixer with an annular gap between them. The float-blade and the column form together the sensing elements of the milk level regulator, on that account the mixer blade is provided with a permanent magnet, and the column - with reed relays, which are included into the circuit of the operation control system of the milk cooling installation.The result consists in the intensification of the milk cooling process concomitantly with the reduction of power expenses, as well as in reducing the exploitation expenditure.Claims: 1Fig.: 3
