PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate omission of a hierarchy which is not intended by a manager by inhibiting a client from performing registration in the case an end user can refer to single information belonging to e-mail from one or more hierarchical routes in such a manner that registered data include hierarchical data ID arrangement capable of representing one or more hierarchical routes, a type of business data ID is also provided in each hierarchy and the part of the type of business data ID is null. SOLUTION: The end user can reach the single information belonging to the e-mail from one or more hierarchical routes by presetting hierarchical data ID arrangement in a data field 20, and a registration/change page 19 that inhibits registration in a null data mode is also updated by presetting a type of business data ID 203 in a data field 21 of a hierarchical management class to eliminate hierarchical omission. |
