PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that can easily realize various light directivity. SOLUTION: This light-emitting device is provided with a substrate 2 mounted with a light-emitting diode chip 1, a resin-made pipe 3 holding the substrate 2, and a lens 4 which is arranged in front of the diode chip 1 and which is removably attached to the pipe 3. The lens 4 is obtained by molding a transparent resin and attached to the inner peripheral surface of the front end section of the pipe 3, by press-fitting or screwing the lens 4 in the front end section. If necessary, the lens 4 can be bonded to the pipe 3. In the pipe 3, a protective film 5 made of a transparent resin, such as an epoxy, etc., is fixed to the front face of the substrate 2 to cover the diode chip 1 by molding, and lead wires 6 electrically connected to the chip 1 are led out from the back face of the substrate 2. |
