<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and exactly grasp the activity of an acting member without depending on the self-declaration of each of acting members. SOLUTION: An activity analyzing device 1 is provided with an activity item database 16, on which a specified keyword and an activity item are relationally registered, a voice input means 11 for inputting a voice, voice recognizing means 12 for recognizing the inputted voice, a counting means 13 for specifying the activity item related with the relevant keyword and performing counting for each specified activity item, an analyzing means 14 for analyzing the activity on the basis of the counted result and an output means 15 for outputting the analyzed result. When the acting member visits a client, by inputting the contents of conversations between the acting member and a responding person by this activity analyzing device 1, the activity item such as activity state or activity contents is automatically analyzed on the basis of this inputted voice and outputted as a daily activity report 4.</p> |
