SOLUTION: The article identification code displayed on an article is inputted to a specific home page from a terminal through the Internet and sent to a server. Article information retrieved according to the code is displayed on the terminal, and respective input items are inputted to the picture and sent to the server. The sent information is transferred to a previously set transfer destination and managed in a database on the server when necessary. A terminal of the article provider can register the article information.</p>
