PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative ion generating device at low cost, which is made small and easy to use by eliminating driving part such as ventilation part like a fan and a fan driving motor. SOLUTION: The negative ion generating device comprises a mounting part to which, a blower opening 2 of a device 1 housing a ventilation part can be mounted, a wind channel part 4 guiding the air introduced from the device 1 to the outside, a discharging electrode 5 arranged inside the wind channel part 4 generating negative ion, and a power supply circuit supplying power to the discharging electrode 5.
